We specialize in designing bespoke vacation rentals, however E-Design is open to anyone looking for design services.

Our E-Design package is best suited for decorating projects with minor construction.

Faq

How does the visioning session work?

We take all of our calls via Zoom. Upon submitting your questionnaire and images/inspiration we’ll send through a calendar invite and link for the video call.

What happens during a session?

Our sessions are completely personalized to you and what you need. We’ll walk you through a brief introduction exercise and then the floor is yours! We want you to get the most out of our time together so whatever you would like to prioritize we are happy to help with. If you’re just starting and have no idea where to even begin (don’t sweat it, we’ve all been there!)- we can also walk you through our process and offer advice on what steps to take.

What do I need to prepare?

We’ll need you to submit your imagery/inspiration in advance of the call so we can be prepared and really maximize our time together. If you have any links to items you’re considering or anything you’d like to share with us- have it ready for our call.

How long does it take to receive my design plans?

The delivery date varies based on the number of rooms included in the design- but typically E- Designs can be completed within 4-6 weeks from the visioning call.

Phase 1:
Visioning

1: We begin all of our E-Design projects with our signature design visioning zoom consultation. Book your call by selecting a timeslot in our calendar here. (Timezone is EST). Please specify which rooms you’re interested in having designed.

2: Upon booking your call we’ll send over your onboarding questionnaire.

3: Fill out our visioning questionnaire. We’ll ask you to provide images and dimensions of your space.

4: Create a Pinterest board for your space following the instructions provided in the email. From there we’ll have a 55 minute call together to dream and scheme.

Phase 2: Alchemizing

After aligning on budget and overall creative direction our team will begin to bring the vision to life.

Delving into research and discovery we’ll unearth and hone in on meaningful design concepts creating a physical manifestation of your space.

This will involve everything from selecting samples to creating 3D renderings that will help illustrate the design vision. We’ll complete this phase with an in person meeting where we’ll present the plans and finish selections. Once approved, we’ll begin the construction and ordering process, alchemizing the dream into reality.

Phase 3: Manifesting

The final manifestation of your project is on your own terms! We provide you with a clickable shopping list for you to place all of your orders and bring the vision to life.

Investment

E-Design packages are priced at a flat fee of $5555+ HST per room. We require 100% of the payment up front in order to start designing your space.

Is custom furniture included in E-Design?

Unfortunately due to the hands on nature of designing custom furniture we are unable to include custom furniture options in our E-Design packages.

Cancellations/Refunds

Designs are final. We put a lot of effort and time into our E-Design packages and due to the volume of business we are unable to consult further once you've received your custom package. We offer one round of revisions when we present the initial floor plans and preliminary moodboard. After this, all designs are final. Due to the digital nature of this product we do not offer refunds.
